The physical exam consists of a thorough 1.5 hr. examination by Dr Gidon Frame

- Head and neck assessment
- Eyes, ears, nose and throat exam
- Cardiovascular assessment

- Musculoskeletal assessment
- Dermatological assessment
- Neurological assessment
- Immune system
- Diagnostic testing
- Blood testing
- Urinalysis
- EKG
- X-Rays, MRI, special testing
- Immunization / vaccinations
- Electrocardiogram
- Referrals to specialists as needed
Necessary blood work and lung function assessment will be conducted and may include:
- Basic blood panel plus any other "on examination"necessary tests
- Additional tests for hormone optimization
A full dictated report can also be ordered

Doctor's Fee: $500
Additional fees may be charged for tests ordered and a detail medical report.
