Vancouver Evolence Treatments Lower Mainland

Evolence: before/after photo Evolence™ is a breakthrough treatment for fighting the effects of aging. Unlike other injectable fillers, Evolence is a long lasting solution for the reduction of soft tissue deficiencies, especially facial lines and wrinkles. Evolence restores a youthful appearance adding volume to the skin, smoothing away wrinkles and lines while restoring collagen Collagen: a fibrous protein that connects and supports other bodily tissues, such as skin, bone, tendons, muscles. Collagen provides firmness and strength .

How Evolence Works

Evolence's patented Glymatrix™ technology, derived from porcine tendons, mimics the action of collagen, providing strength and elasticity found in young skin. Evolence breaks down naturally over time and leaves no harmful traces in the body. As with other fillers, Evolence molecules are stable, breaking down slowly. This slow breakdown means that the results last longer.

Evolence treatments consist of a series of injections with an ultra-fine needle that delivers Evolence where needed.

Evolence Efficacy and Safety

Evolence has a high safety profile. Though allergic reaction is theoretically possible, occurences are very rare. Patients with past reactions to collagen should consult their doctor about the risks of Evolence treatments. For years, collagen derived from porcine tendons, such as is used in Evolence, has been safely used for heart valve replacements, burn therapy, lense implants, and tissue repair.

Patients who are using blood-thinning medications, such as aspirin or ibuprofen, as with any injection, may experience increased bruising or bleeding at the injection site. Please inform us if you are using any blood thinning medications. Some patients, despite attention to post-treatment care, will still experience redness, mild bruising or swelling that resolves itself in a few days.
