How IPL Hair Removal Works
IPL uses pulsed light to remove hair and impair hair regrowth. First, a cool gel, then a hand-held treatment unit are gently applied to the skin that disable hundreds of hair follicles simultaneously. When the gel is removed, much of the hair is wiped off with it. The remaining hair in the treated area falls out within a week or two.

In very rare instances there may be blistering that heals easily.
