Vancouver Latisse Eyelash Treatment

Latisse Before & After GalleryLatisse® is the only FDA-approved prescription treatment for growing or enhancing inadequate eyelashes, a condition known as eyelash hypotrichosis. Latisse makes eyelashes thicker, longer, fuller and darker. Latisse was in development for many years by Allergan, a pharmaceutical leader with expertise in eye care products. Latisse is a once-a-day solution applied to the base of eyelashes. In as little as 4 weeks you will see the results: fuller, thicker, longer, and darker eyelashes. At 16 weeks, you will have attained your final results. Latisse only works as long as it is being used and your eyelashes will go back to their normal state within several weeks to months after discontinuing Latisse.
How Latisse Works
The active ingredient in LATISSE® is bimatoprost. Although the precise mechanism of action is unknown, it is believed to affect the growth phase of the eyelash hair cycle in two ways: first, it increases the length of this phase, and second, it increases the number of hairs in the growth phase.
