Doctor Frame's MesoFirm
Patients who have sagging, dry and rough skin find that Teosyal MesoFirm hydrates and firms the face. MesoFirm is Dr Frame's own mesotherapy technique using hyaluronic acid (HA) Hyaluronic acid is a component of connective tissue whose function is to cushion and lubricate to hydrate large areas of skin. Doctor Frame has combined the technique of mesotherapy with the marked benefits of HA fillers. Multiple tiny injections of HA allows the filler to spread evenly over the face and attract moisture back into the skin. Each treatment hydrates more and more until the effects can last 6 to 12 months.

Mesotherapy History
Mesotherapy is a medical technique that originated in 1952 by Dr. Michel Pistor, a French physician. In 1987, the French Academy of Medicine recognized Mesotherapy as an inherent part of traditional medicine. The technique was first used to treat such conditions as vascular diseases, sports trauma, infectious diseases, and rheumatology. Today, 15,000 physicians around the world are using mesotherapy on a daily basis for a variety of purposes including cellulite reduction, body sculpting, non-genetic hair loss, scar revision, and skin rejuvenation.
Mesotherapy treatments have been featured in many recent magazines and on television news shows susch as CBCs The Early Show, and ABC's 20/20.
How Mesotherapy Works
Most creams and topical skin treatments are limited by the poor penetration of the ingredients. Mesotherapy injections (shallow 1mm injections) effectively deliver medication directly to areas that need it. These almost painless injections are spread evenly over a wide area. Mesotherapy treatments improve blood flow to the cellulite area, dissolves excess fat deposits, removes fibrotic, hardened connective tissue, and improves lymphatic The role of the lymphatic system is largely waste removal. Lymphs removes metabolic wastes, excess water, toxins, bacteria, large protein molecules, and foreign substances drainage.
Each physician selects their own choice of active ingredient depending on the action desired. In most cases, 4 treatments at 2-4 week intervals are necessary for maximum benefit.
