You'll meet one of our senior laser technicians or cosmetic health and skincare advisors, who examines your skin in good light, identifies your scar types and texture concerns, and asks about your skin type, healing and scarring history, cold sores, isotretinoin, medications, tanning habits and previous resurfacing. Where intensive Secret PRO CO₂ is recommended, it's performed by one of our physicians, Dr. Gidon Frame, Dr. Sarina Govindasamy or Dr. Teri Fisher.
We'll also ask how much recovery time suits your schedule, since that shapes the plan as much as your skin does.
Cosmetic consultations are complimentary. When you book a treatment, we take a card on file. New clients pay a $150 deposit that goes toward their treatment, and a $150 no-show fee applies if an appointment is missed.

Skincare before and after resurfacing
Before. You may be asked to prepare your skin beforehand and pause retinoids and exfoliating acids in the days leading up to treatment.
While healing. Keep it simple: a gentle cleanser and the ointment or moisturizer you're given, until we let you know you can bring your usual products back.
